Vegas Dragons are an ambitious and dedicated rock band from Sydney, Australia. Our music is a combination of many styles including hard rock and heavy metal with a liberal sprinkling of pop, jazz and classical music. Debut album "One life only" was recorded in 2005 and the follow up album "Shreds" was completed in late 2006.
In 2008 Vegas Dragons recorded their third album "Lovingly Cruel" as a direct result of financing from fans via Sellaband. Vegas Dragons were only the 8th band to achieve the $50,000USD target via this site. A new profile has been opened on Sellaband to fund the next album, which will be recorded live on tour in Europe as part of a drive to raise awareness of Vegas Dragons outside of Australia. Many fans have been eager to support this and as a result Vegas Dragons have managed to raise nearly 15% of the budget even before the release of "Lovingly Cruel".
